Redesigned as the Wellness machine, it is the only pasta machine produced completely with materials which do not release any harmful metallic residue for total wellness. The body of this Atlas manual pasta machine is comprised of nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel in a polished finish for long-term resistance to corrosion. It features flat rollers for making dough sheets and is controlled by a numbered regulating knob with 9 positions for a variety in pasta thickness. The handle and clamp for the machine are plastic for easy gripping and cleaning.
